Policy of delivery
Delivery detail
- For now our delivery is only available in KL and Selangor
- Min delivery is RM60 with the fix charges of RM12
- Below rm60 of purchase will charge rm18
- Self pick up is no delivery charge
- Above rm200 purchase is free of delivery
- Stocks will be sent out within 3 days of working days after order has been placed
- Upon receiving the goods shall take a photo
Self pick up
- 1 working day after order being placed
- Pick up time in between 12pm to 5pm
- Available day: Monday to Friday
Return policy
- You have 3 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Any return after 3 working days from the date you received the item shall be invalid and shall not processed by Orient Fresh Deli Sdn Bhd .
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You should keep and show us the receipt or proof of the purchase.
Exchange
- We only accept of the return of items damaged on delivery, loose packing, spoiled items, wrong items delivered and expired items.
- We do not accept the items are partially consumed and are damaged by inappropriate storage on
your part.
Refund
- Refunds will be made and processed upon our review and successful verification of our proof.
- After your return is approved, such refund will made via online transfer based on the banking detail that you provided to us.
Order cancellation
- Order that are cancel within 24 hours before delivery will be accepted.
- After 24 hours and before the delivery is made you wish to cancel the order we will charge 5% to cover the expenses of the payment gateway.
- After 24 hours and after the delivery is made you wish to cancel the order we will charge 50% to cover the cost of payment gateway and the delivery cost.
